Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Sezu is a product of 6Tech Services Inc. ("Sezu," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Sezu platform, including Sezu LMS, Sezu AI Glasses, Sezu Lumen, Sezu Aegis, and our websites and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Our guiding principle is simple: your know-how stays yours. We build Sezu so that the knowledge your organization captures does not leave your control.

1. Who this policy applies to

Sezu is an enterprise platform. In most cases, your employer or organization (the "Customer") purchases and administers Sezu and acts as the data controller for the information processed through it. In those cases, Sezu acts as a data processor on the Customer's behalf and processes information according to our agreement with them.

If you are an individual user provided access by your organization, this policy explains our practices, but your organization's own privacy policies also govern your use. Please contact your administrator for questions about how your organization uses Sezu.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you or your organization provide

  • Account and identity data: name, email address, job title, organization, and credentials used for single sign-on (SSO) and authentication.
  • Learning and content data: courses, assessments, completions, uploaded documents, and other materials added to Sezu LMS or Sezu Lumen.
  • Communications: messages, support requests, and feedback you send us.

2.2 Information collected through use of the Services

  • Usage and activity data: log-ins, course progress, feature usage, session activity, and interactions with AI features.
  • Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and diagnostic data.
  • Contact and communication data: phone number, email address, and mailing address you provide when you contact us or request a demo.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: as described in Section 9.

2.3 Sensor and capture data (Sezu AI Glasses and Vitals)

Where your organization deploys Sezu AI Glasses or the Vitals sensor tier, we may process:

  • Audio and video ("POV coaching") data captured during live coaching sessions.
  • Biometric and physiological data from paired wearable sensors, which may include heart rate, heart-rate variability (HRV), respiratory rate, and motion data.

Biometric and sensor data is treated as sensitive information. It is collected only when your organization enables these features, is used to support safety, coaching, and competency purposes defined by your organization, and is subject to the governance and consent controls described in Section 6. In many jurisdictions this data requires your explicit consent; where that applies, we and your organization will obtain it before collection.

2.4 AI and knowledge-capture data

When you use Sezu Lumen or related AI features, we process the prompts, queries, documents, and coaching sessions you or your organization direct into the system to generate responses and to build your organization's private knowledge base. Capture is opt-in by default and is governed at ingestion by Sezu Aegis.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
  • Authenticate users and manage access and entitlements;
  • Deliver learning, coaching, AI, and knowledge-capture features;
  • Support worker safety and competency purposes where your organization has enabled sensor or biometric features;
  • Provide customer support and respond to requests;
  • Monitor, secure, and improve the Services, including diagnosing technical issues;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your organization's private content, prompts, coaching sessions, or biometric data to train foundation models for other customers or third parties.

4. Consent to receive text messages (SMS)

You are not required to consent to receiving text messages from Sezu (6Tech Services Inc.) as a condition of using our Services. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Sezu regarding your inquiry, demo requests, account notifications, appointment or session reminders, and related service communications.

  • Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply, and standard messaging rates will be charged by your mobile service provider.
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you opt out, you may receive a confirmation and will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt in again.
  • For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details in Section 15.

We do not sell, rent, release, or share your SMS consent or phone number with any third party for third-party marketing purposes. Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process is not shared with third parties except as needed to deliver the messaging (for example, our messaging service provider), and never for their own marketing.

Please note that opting out of SMS may limit our ability to communicate with you about your inquiry or the Services.

5. AI processing and your data

Sezu uses AI models to deliver features such as knowledge retrieval (RAG), voice interaction, translation, and safety flagging. Depending on your organization's configuration:

  • AI processing may occur through private inference governed by Sezu Aegis, keeping data within the boundaries your organization defines;
  • Some features may use third-party model providers under contractual terms that prohibit them from using your data to train their models.

Your organization controls which AI capabilities are enabled and how captured knowledge is retained, through Sezu Aegis governance controls.

6. How we share information

We share information only as follows:

  • With your organization: administrators and authorized personnel of the Customer that provisioned your access.
  • Service providers and subprocessors: vendors who help us operate the Services (e.g., hosting, streaming, communications), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.
  • Legal and safety: where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or Sezu.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

7. Data governance, residency, and consent (Sezu Aegis)

Sezu Aegis is our governance layer. Depending on your organization's configuration, it may provide:

  • Data residency controls to keep data in specified regions;
  • Private inference to keep AI processing within defined boundaries;
  • Consent management for capture and biometric features;
  • Audit logging of access and processing;
  • Ingestion gating, so that only opt-in, approved knowledge is captured.

These controls are administered by your organization. Contact your administrator to understand the specific settings that apply to you.

8. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and as directed by your organization, then delete or de-identify it in accordance with our agreements and applicable law. Your organization may configure retention and deletion policies for captured knowledge and sensor data through Sezu Aegis.

9. Cookies and tracking

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not use cookies to sell your information or serve third-party behavioral advertising.

10. Data security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, authentication, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information consistent with industry standards and our enterprise commitments.

11. Your rights and choices

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws), you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete your information;
  • Restrict or object to certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent for biometric or sensor data collection;
  • Data portability;
  • Opt out of marketing and SMS communications (reply STOP to any text message);
  • Opt out of certain data collection (see our Data Collection & Opt-Out Notice).

Because your organization is typically the controller, we may direct your request to them, or ask you to submit it through them. To exercise rights or make a request, contact us at info@sezu.ai or your organization's administrator.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

12. International data transfers

Where information is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) and offer data-residency controls through Sezu Aegis where applicable.

13. Children's privacy

Sezu is an enterprise workforce platform intended for use by adults in a professional capacity. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date and, where required, communicated to your organization.
